Spotify wasn’t on Windows Phone 8 because the rare 3rd party Windows Phone 7 apps which used native code weren’t supported in WP8 (new runtime and all).
I think you need to coin the term Xbox RT and Xbox Pro. Also, how can I buy one game for both my kids to play with separate Xbox Live profiles if the game can’t be transferred or used by different people? (Hope it gets straightened out before release).
