Marketshare/Sales
Blu-ray revenue and market share finally make a small resurgence with the first positive revenue change in a month and best market share since June 20. On the sales front, Date Night takes the top spot in both charts.

What we’ve seen/are watching
- Geek Tonic’s listings tell us we should get outside and enjoy the final weeks of summer, because there ain’t much on.
- Things aren’t much different in the HD Sportsman. If not for the Little League World Series, it would be the lightest week that we can recall.
Blu-ray deals/Releases
The Blu-ray releases for August 24 are bad, but we really only need to make it one more week before things start to pick up heading into fall. We can make it!
On the deals front:
- Best Buy $9.99 sale.
- Save $10 on “The Last Song”.
- Bourne Trilogy for $35 at Amazon until 8/21.
- Target $9.99 sale.
- Amazon has “The Kingdom” for $9.99.
