HD Racer – July 30 – Aug 1

Yet again we find another very busy weekend in the motorsports world! And for the first time since the inception of HD Racer, there is even rally racing on the schedule!
Formula 1 is in action for the second straight week as they make their way to Hungary for the Hungarian Grand Prix. The weekend gets started with practice for the event Friday morning. Later in the day you can catch NASCAR Sprint Cup qualifying and the Final Practice for the Truck Series from Pocono.
Saturday is packed once again. As is the usual, Formula 1 qualifying starts the day. At 11:00am the NASCAR Sprint Cup Final Practice is on SPEED with the Trucks running the Pocono Mountains 125 at 1:00p.m. At 3:00p.m. on Versus you can check out the awesome three-class sports car racing of the SCCA  World Challenge. You won’t want to miss the ESPN X Games at 4:00 and 7:15 though as they put on the Rally Car Racing Eliminations, Final, and SuperRally Final. Rounding the day out is the NASCAR Nationwide Iowa 250 at 7:30p.m.
Sunday morning starts early with Formula 1 being preceded by its feeder series, GP2 at 6:00a.m. At 7:30a.m. the most advanced race cars in the world, Formula 1, battle it out at the Hungarian Grand Prix. Capping off the weekend is the NASCAR Sprint Cup Pennsylvania 500 from Pocono at 1:00p.m.

1:00 p.m. speed NASCAR Trucks – Pocono Mountains 125
3:00 p.m. World Challenge* – Streets of Toronto
4:00 p.m. X Games – Rally Car Racing Elim/Final
7:15 p.m. X Games – Rally Car SuperRally Final
7:30 p.m. NASCAR Nationwide – Iowa 250

Sunday, August 1

6:00 a.m. speed GP2 Championship from Hungary
7:30 p.m. speed Formula 1* – Hungarian Grand Prix
1:00 p.m. NASCAR Sprint Cup – Pennsylvania 500
* Unfortunately Formula 1 and GP2 aren’t broadcast in HD.
