		<description>I&#039;ve had one of these cards for a while now and while I did have some trouble with it at first (due to signal degradation from a bad splitter) since then it has performed remarkably. Actually, unremarkably which is the way it should be. It&#039;s nice when you get something that &quot;just works&quot;.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;I wouldn&#039;t say the picture quality is any better than my 2250 and the hauppauge also handled the signal problem much better though. But $70 for a dual-digital tuner that does what it should without any extra crap is worth it.</description>
